This website and store are operated by Iyasecom Ltd ("Maison Levand", "we", "us"), registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, registration number 17473832 (registered in England and Wales). By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your state, and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to give accurate contact, delivery and payment details.

2. The pieces we sell

Every shade and vessel is woven by hand from natural bamboo. The weave, the curve and the tone vary slightly from one piece to the next, and screens render colour differently. Photographs on this site show the pieces as faithfully as we can, but small differences between the photograph and the piece you receive are part of a handmade object, not a defect.

Dimensions are given as accurately as we can measure them and may vary by a few millimetres.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid: your order is charged at the price shown when you placed it.

If a price or a description is obviously wrong, such as a typing error or a technical fault, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour a price that was never intended. We will tell you before doing so.

4. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the email confirming that the parcel has shipped. Until then we may decline an order, for example if a piece is out of stock, if the payment is refused, or if we suspect fraud or resale, and we will refund anything already charged.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery times, shipping costs, returns and refunds are described in our shipping policy and our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Using this site

The text, photographs, illustrations and design of this site belong to us and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission. You may not use the site to break the law, to harm it or its users, to scrape it, or to resell our products as your own.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

8. What we promise, and what we don't

We stand behind what we sell: the pieces are described honestly and our refund policy applies in full. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided as they are, without further warranty. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of error.

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit, in particular for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms takes away rights your state's consumer law gives you.

9. Third parties

Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers, under their own terms. This site may link to other sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be heard by its courts. This does not remove the protection of the consumer law of the state where you live.
